Simple CMS Design was formed with the idea in mind that we must be true experts in the services we offer, provide exceptional customer- care, share our understanding of small business operations and treat those that rely on us as we’d like to be treated – fairly and mutually-equitably.
Simple CMS Design provides website design and development services for small and medium-sized businesses. We know that many business owners understand marketing principles but don’t have the time or energy to learn the nuisances and proper methods of marketing technology; so we do it for them. We give our customers the ability to rely on us for all their online marketing needs, or we train and educate them on how to do it themselves.
Simple CMS Design uses a content management system (CMS) called Joomla!. Joomla! is a high-powered open-source platform that provides the perfect functionality businesses need. In fact, more Fortune 500 companies and government agencies use Joomla! than any other online platform. This gives us the ability to build marketing websites, online social networks, e-commerce systems, business directories, mobile websites, mobile apps, membership systems, e-magazines, blogs, and a myriad of other online applications to fit a large amount of needs. We also provide search-engine optimization, social media and online marketing services and web hosting.
Simple CMS Design is owned and ran by Justin and Jackie Throngard, both Boise natives. Before forming Simple CMS, Justin, a marketing major from Boise State University, had spent 10 years working in sales, marketing and customer service jobs learning how customers expect to be treated and building online marketing skills. Jackie has received a bachelor’s degree in psychology as well as a master’s in instructional design from Boise State University and is currently finishing her doctorate in educational leadership from Idaho State University. They formed Simple CMS Design in the spring of 2010, with their individual skill sets being the perfect foundation for a professional online marketing firm. Today the company has built over 100 individual websites, employs two designers, two content writers and has a variety of trade colleagues for development services.
